Agreement
By creating an account, signing in, or using the AI Leverage Workbook (Beyond ChatGPT), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
If you use the workbook on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization where applicable.
The service
- An interactive digital workbook for the AI Leverage Series workshop (Session 01: Beyond ChatGPT).
- Invite-only access via facilitator links, access codes, or approved registration paths (such as QRtick where enabled).
- Features may include exercises, saved responses, progress tracking, email verification, optional Google sign-in, and facilitator/admin reporting.
- Content and availability may change; sessions marked “coming soon” are not yet offered.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must receive a valid invite or access path from a facilitator.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your email reachable for verification and security notices.
- One person per account; do not share credentials except as your organization explicitly allows.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Access areas or data you are not authorized to view (including other participants' accounts or admin tools).
- Probe, scan, or attack the platform or circumvent access controls.
- Upload unlawful, harassing, or infringing content in exercise responses.
- Use automated scraping or bulk extraction outside approved APIs (such as Hermes for authorized facilitators).
- Interfere with other users' experience or the integrity of workshop data.
Your content
You retain ownership of text and materials you submit in exercises. You grant Incrementic and your facilitator a limited license to host, display, back up, and use that content solely to operate the workbook, support the workshop, and produce cohort reports for authorized admins.
Facilitators may review responses for coaching and program improvement as described in your workshop communications.
Intellectual property
Workbook structure, branding, session content, exercises, and platform software are owned by Incrementic or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use them for personal participation in the program. You may not copy, resell, or publicly redistribute workbook materials except where we expressly permit it (such as personal summaries you create from your own responses).
Third-party services
The service may link to or integrate third parties (Google sign-in, email providers, hosting). Your use of those services is subject to their terms. Incrementic is not responsible for third-party sites or tools outside our control.
Disclaimers
The workbook is provided for educational and workshop purposes. AI tools and exercises are illustrative; outputs may be inaccurate. You are responsible for how you apply ideas in your work.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Incrementic and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the workbook.
Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us for access in the twelve months before the claim (if any) or one hundred US dollars (USD $100), except where liability cannot be limited by applicable law.
Suspension and termination
We or your facilitator may suspend or end access for violation of these terms, security risk, or end of a cohort program. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) will survive termination.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
Disputes should first be raised with your facilitator or Incrementic in good faith. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction where permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised overview. Check this page periodically for updates.
