Who we are
Incrementic operates the AI Leverage Workbook (Beyond ChatGPT). This policy applies to participants and facilitators who access the workbook through invite links or facilitator-provided access codes.
Information we collect
- Account details you provide at signup: name, email, optional role, and password (stored as a secure hash).
- Workbook activity: exercise responses, completion status, progress timestamps, and optional facilitator notes visible to authorized admins.
- Access metadata: cohort or access-code association, email verification status, and last-active timestamps.
- If you connect Google sign-in: your Google account identifier, profile name, and avatar URL when emails match your workbook account.
- Technical data typical of web apps: session cookies, request logs, and error diagnostics needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
- Provide, personalize, and persist your workbook experience across devices.
- Authenticate you, enforce invite-only access, and protect admin-only areas.
- Send transactional email (verification, password reset, and facilitator notifications where configured).
- Generate cohort progress and response reports for authorized facilitators.
- Maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability of the platform.
Legal bases (where applicable)
For participants in regions with data-protection laws (such as the UK or EU), we rely on contract performance (delivering the workbook you were invited to use), legitimate interests (security and product operation), and consent where required (for example, optional Google linking or non-essential communications).
Sharing and processors
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed to run the service, with trusted providers under appropriate safeguards:
- Hosting and database (e.g. Vercel, Neon Postgres) — application and stored account/workbook data.
- Email delivery (Resend) — addresses and message content for transactional emails.
- Google — only if you choose to connect Google sign-in, subject to Google's policies.
- Facilitators and admins authorized for your cohort — progress, responses, and account details needed to run the workshop.
Retention
We keep account and workbook data for as long as your cohort or organization needs the service, unless a longer period is required by law or you request deletion where we can honor it without breaking facilitator reporting obligations.
Session cookies expire on a rolling basis (typically up to 30 days of activity). Password-reset and verification tokens expire automatically.
Security
Passwords are hashed; sessions are encrypted. Access to admin features is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we apply reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the data we hold.
Your choices and rights
- Update profile-related details by contacting your facilitator or our team where self-service is not available.
- Disconnect Google from Account when a password is set, or sign in with email and password instead.
- Request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us (subject to facilitator or legal requirements).
- Object to or restrict certain processing where applicable law provides those rights.
Children
The workbook is intended for adult workshop participants. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
International transfers
Your data may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate. We use appropriate safeguards when transferring data internationally where required.
